NDM - such a good leader. Got all the information to us in a snap. :)

Glad you are safe from the storm Carol. Weather has beens trange here too. Hot and muggy - then a TStorm moves through and now fresh cool wather . But I have had a hadeache at the top of my head for the last three days. Extra Strength Excedurine helps, but I htink there is another storm coming in.

Have errand - havea great day.
PS Forgot to share - sailor called. He too is having strange weather. And he has had to purchase his third headset in the last two days. Using it for Skype. He shared ship is busy preparing for another inspection. This makes the fifteenth! You think the Navy has seen everypart of that ship by now. Other wise he is fine, just would like some time to sight see again.

Good for you that even tho I missed the meeting, it is already taken care of for each year! Ummm, It's too far for me to drive at about 5 hours away--lol!
Just got back from 4 days in Peoria, and still tired from the long meetings and driving in the wind. We just missed the tornadoes.

What an outstanding event. Sorry I missed it this year, but can't wait to attend in 2011!

Thank you...I'll make sure to mark it on my calender. Maybe I can get my son home on leave for the event.

I knew about Navy Night because my son was one of the Special Recruits for the evening and his Recruiter had sent home a newletter about it. We bought our tickets online at ticketmaster, but, I know that cheaper rates along with a buffet dinner were also being offered through the coordinator here on NavyForMoms.

Great pics everyone. Do they have a special section reserved for the sailors and families and how do you get tickets?
