Hi, Dianna, and welcome to Indiana Moms! This July, we'll be one year old! We've had one gathering, on March 14 in Indianapolis.

Our next gathering is SATURDAY, JUNE 27 - 5:30 PM at Tony's Place Pizza in Valparaiso (details can be found by clicking on this date on the Event Calendar in the right-hand column).

There's also an informal group that has dinner on third Mondays in Avon (just west of Indy), where anyone is welcomed. We'd love to see you at one of the get-togethers! Just shout if you have any more questions. Hugs! k.

Mark, DO NOT CHANGE IT AGAIN when I tell you that we'll be out of town. That's fine... if we try to do this each quarter, there will be times some will be there and some won't. I know it will be a fun gathering! Be sure to take some pix and post them for the rest of us.

Those in central Indiana, don't forget Monday, June 15 for dinner in Avon. Details on the events calendar. Hugs! k.

You know... we moms all earn our right to complain, but it's hard to carry on real long in front of you moms with TWO scoops of heartache! Take comfort hugging on one Sailor, while waving goodbye to the other... she'll be home before you know it (do you know how long her cruise might last?). Hugs! k.

As long as we are posting when we can't make it...please don't plan around me either, but my nephew is due back from Afghanistan the last weekend in June (can't wait to see him) and we have a family wedding that weekend also...Definately looking fwd to seeing everyone again!

Hey, Navy Dad... please don't plan around me, but it'd be much more convenient if the get-together took place after June 3. Our teenager is headed into finals and that's her last day of school. Looking forward to seeing you (and your 'superior') again! Hugs, k.

NOTICE! The Indianapolis "Westies" Dinner has been moved to THIRD MONDAYS. Please join us next month on June 15. All details - and a map - are found by clicking this date on the Events Calendar.

We had our first "Westies" dinner last night. Thanks to Dawn and Becky, who joined me for a nice meal and fun chatting! I learned that Zack is loving his post in Nebraska and that we all need to keep our fingers crossed for some transfers that Travis is working on. Hope to see ya'll soon! Hugs, k.

Hi, Crissy! I don't remember seeing you here before, but sometimes that's due to my 'Brainmush Syndrome' acting up. I'm mom to a "Drew" as well (he's a golfer like yours is, too). He's on a submarine in Bangor, WA... actually he's on a submarine that's underwater in the Pacific Ocean right now. I saw that your PIR is soon... it will be an incredible experience for you (TAKE TISSUES!). Shout out whenever you like. Hugs! k.
