HI
Ok new Moms - more jumping into the water.
Val - you didn't mention if your sailor hit his target while hunting. But so good to hear he is having a good time.
Agree with Anti M - Christmas or any holiday is when sailor is home :) Your messages sounds like you are stronger -- that means healing : ) But I am so happy your Larry is home with you. By the way did he go play with the neighbor and cut some wood?
Oh Maggs - I am at first laughing - then crying - then just belly laughing. This had to be no fun, but just read your message again. You sound like an episode of I Love Lucy. Oh excuse me - make that I Love Maggs.
No worries - I jumped on my broom and bringing the Cognac and gossip :)
Well, Ang - I ask to hear from you and you are now immitating lizards at night. What a visual you are!
I am sorry about that swollen tongue. Not fun and one gets fry mouth very fast. I can use olive oil on the eyes, but now finally my eyes are behaving - I am just leaving them alone!
Today - only a few errands done.
The visitation was not - it was the memorial. So we stayed for our friend Chris. Chris was in the pictures with sailor in New Orleans. He was so happy to find us.
We shopped a pit and Shark did see a new Santa. She loved this Santa and did NOT want to leave Santa at all.
When the young girl came with the camera - - Shark poised for the photos. But the one we accepted was Shark looking at Santa.
My sailor should be at his new base by now. I will know for sure when he calls. Promise I'll share as soon as I get done talking with him. Oh to the new Mom s - my son was three years in Japan on the USS Patriot. He re-enlisted for 5 years and now has moved on to a job of a Riverine. Stationed here in the USA. But this site is home. The best ladies here and it safe to share :)
Hey we need more pics posted. I'll start
Wish all sweet dreams hugs
Whenever he gets leave, that's Christmas!
I'm mostly just reading, enjoying, and sending good thoughts to those who need them. I'm not doing a thing except trying to heal enough to move a bit more easily. Hubby is home for three days, paid because the steel contractor messed up the loads. That's nice, he has been cleaning and cooking, although an ex-neighbor called him to come cut and haul wood, still more down trees from those bad winds we had.
HI
this is short . For real
Welcome new moms - " Jump into the water new Moms" That means start gossiping about EVRYTHING - I thrive on it.

They still earn their 30 days a year, and they almost always get to take it. Ships have wonkier schedules to work out, but a shore command like the hospital? He'll get to take leave.
My son is on the USS Tortuga out of Sasebo Japan. Jan. 1 will start his third year.Navublumom you will get use to it.If you have a computer or laptop get skype. It's the best. You can see your sailor besides talking with them.
Sometimes the USS Denver goes underway with the USS Essex. Katie has been in Sasebo since Apr 2008. She has been home each December. We keep in touch with regular emails and occasional phone calls. We went on a Tiger Cruise (4 days/3 nights) in 2010. Send regular boxes of homebake cookies for the shop and other items she might not be able to get over there.
When you are supporting someone you love, it does make it easier.
Welcome navyblumom! What ship? My daughter is on the USS Essex out of Sasebo.
