DFEW7062 - takes about 10 days from Fort Lauderdale, Florida - we are about as far as you can get.  I'd use that time frame for sending - I sent a box Sat and will send Christmas box this coming weekend.

Now that the sailors are in port a package will probably arrive in 7-10 days. Go to the post office and get the flat rate box. The big one will cost around 16 dollars regardless of weight. You can also track and get alerts on the packages' whereabouts.

Hi everyone this is probably a repeat question but does anyone know how long it takes to get a letter and or parcelso to Yokosuka Japan from the US I have not sent my son's Christmas card yet hopefully in the next couple days I'll be sending it in a couple Days. Also another question does anyone have a hard time with their sailors sending their address my son took almost 6 months to send me his address and he says well I'm not sure and I think he was just lazy trying to find it also he doesn't call home often I don't know if he's home sick and he just doesn't want to hear our voices or he's having so much fun he just forgot about us LOL. Well I guess I just have to let go and let God

HI

Thank you, we think he is adorable too. But this morning, I don't think his parent agree with that. He was his shining personality of being what my dil calls a "brat". And Yaya here made matters worse, I was giggling at the table. Gee- its fun being a Yaya - aka grandma.

Hugs to all the new Pan Mons and gentle hugs about this being your first Christmas without your sailor. It gets easier - well - you just don;t cry so hard the longer they are there. Our sailor's first Christmas there - we planned a phone call when we all opened our gifts together. That way we could hear the joy and excitement of opening the gifts. Couldn't see his face, but my heart could feel his joy.

Hey - are we all going to have a date and time to have a Pan mom's Christmas toast? To the new Pan oms, we pick a day and time to being thinking about each of us Pan Moms and we give a toast to all. I'm going to toast with that Cranberry Ginger Ale!!!! So how about it ladies - day and time?

Blondie, how are things going for you and baby? All better I hope.

Did any one else have a vision of the movie " Christmas Vacation" as Miss share about putting up the decorations. Hey - Miss share how the decorating the tree goes :) !

Kim - check in please.

Maggs - all going ok?

Well, I need to get - I am going back to work today. Its the roller skating party. No I am not skating. Last time I fell. You guess it too - on my bottom and I didn't bounce.  But dil and grandson going alone. Will get some pics to share.

All have a good day hugs

Hi Wheatonpup

My daughter is also on the RR.When they're out to sea communication is sparse. They are now in port and we can talk on a daily basis. Being a Navy Mom, you learn to be quite patient and savor those conversations you are able to have !!!
