Information

Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii

It's actually a Marine base but my son is in the Navy and is stationed along with a lot of others that make up Navy forces. And I would love to hear information from others about the area, or others that have family or friends stationed there.

He will be with VP 9.  He is a AM.  I am excited for him as I grew up in Hawaii and miss it greatly.  I am hoping he makes friends out there.  Continue

Does anyone know a good source for off base housing that is reasonable? What happens when a sailor gets deployed? Do they still get housing assistance pay? If it was me, I'd stay on base and get parking!
