I had a wonderful time with Karen and Sheila and her mom this past Saturday at Whistle Stop for our Ky Navy Moms outing.  That place is awesome and I'm already planning a trip back there when the weather's better so I can do some more exploring and shopping.

Count me in for a Legends game!  The only time I wouldn't be able to go is when I will be in Norfolk with my new granddaughter that's due June 6th.  My son and his wife are coming home to be with us tomorrow and will get to be here thru Easter.  We're having 4 different baby showers for them, so it's going to be a very busy 4 days for them!  I just can't wait for them to be here with us.

Everyone have a blessed Easter

Dolphin - I'll ask my husband if the owner of his company has any connections to the Reds. I guess the guy has several sections of season tickets that he buys every year. He gives them out to the employees every year. My husband also has a friend at P&G that may have connections. I'll let you know what I find out as soon as my husband does some research.

You can count me in for a Legends event if that would be something we'd all like to do. I just started driving a school bus about a month ago but I'm off during the summers and holidays. I love working for the school system, it's so much better then the stressful job I had working for the airlines.

Hi everyone - I had a great visit with my son this past week. I wish I could have gone to the Whistlestop but we had made plans to do some things with our son. I'm looking forward to going to our next outing, I can't wait to see you all. Have a good week.

I have added our luncheon in the events and I have sent a message to all of our gourp's members to invite them.  I hope we get a big group together for this!

Whistle Stop doesn't take reservations, but they said we would not have any problem getting a table for us on April 16th at 1:00.  If anyone wants to work out carpool arrangements, I would be glad to drive, but my car will only hold 3 besides me.  There is a park n ride next to the Bluegrass Parkway here at the Lawrenceburg exit.  We could meet there for anyone that would be heading that way.  It takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get there from Lawrenceburg.  We could meet at the park n ride at 11:30.  Just let me know if anyone wants to carpool with me.

I won't be able to make it, I'll be in FL with my daughter. She moved down there last month and I need to take her furniture to her. I'm up for baseball anytime and am still looking forward to meeting you all. I'm having a great time with my son, he's on leave until the 13th.!!!! I may not be on here much during this time.

I am in Bowling Green this weekend and will be heading home this afternoon.  I just noticed that Whistlestop is on my way home, so I will stop in there this afternoon to see if we need to make reservations for 4/16.  I will tell them we will have a group, but not sure how many just yet.  Will let everyone know what I find out.

Hi Ky Navy Moms,

Yes, I'm alive and doing great now that this coming week is spring break and I get a little time away from other people's kiddos to spend time with my own family!

I love the idea of going to Whistlestop at 1:00 on 4/16.  Count me in!

I really hope a lot of us can make it on 4/16.  I miss all of you and would love to meet some new members.
