I had a great time yesterday in Liberty, Ky for our Amish shopping outing.  Thanks so much Angie and Dolphin for going.  It was a lot of fun.

I hope that we can have a BIG turnout for our spring outing.  So all of you in our group, please look at your March calendar to see which of the last 2 weekends of March work best for you.  We are thinking about getting a cabin at one of the state parks and spending Saturday night.  We'll get there on a Saturday morning and spend the night, then head home on Sunday afternoon.

Any suggestions on which state park and which weekend in March?

Dolphin and Jboysmom - thank you both for today. I had a great time. It was nice meeting both of you and I look forward to the next outing!!

Dolphin - I am so glad you liked it.  I received mine as a birthday gift.  I absolutely love it!  I will definitely let her know!!

Angie, Yes it's the same exit for Harrodsburg-Anderson Dean; except they have now splitit into 2 different ramps.  You will need to take exit 59B to get to the Park-n-Ride, which will be the exit towards Lawrenceburg.

Dolphin - yes, let's all ride in your toaster!  That will be lots of fun!

Cornerstone, I miss you and hope to see you at our next outing, but I'm glad you are doing a special trip with your dad.  I went to a Gaither Homecoming when they were in Lexington a few years ago and loved every second of it!

Any others going with us Saturday??????

Hey Ladies, wish I could join you on Saturday.  My dad is coming up for a visit and I bought him tickets to the Gaither Homecoming Tour in Cincinnati.  Maybe I can come next time.  Hope everyone is doing well!

Is that the same exit as Harrodsburg - Anderson Dean Park.  I have been there several times in ball tournaments with my Sailor!! :)  Oh how I miss him!!!

Meeting at 10am on Saturday works for me.  The Park-n-Ride is located off exit #59 on the BG Parkway.  Coming from Lexington, you will take the first exit 59 towards Lawrenceburg (US 127 South) and at the top of the off-ramp, turn right.  The Park-n-Ride is the first road to your right, just past the gas station.

We will meet at the Lawrenceburg exit Park-n-Ride at 10 Saturday and arrive at The Bread of Life Cafe at 11:30.

Shelia, are you going to be able to meet us Saturday?  If you leave your house at 9:00 (which is 10:00 our time), you will arrive at the Cafe at the same time as we do because your route is the same distance, just goes a little different way than us.

Looking forward to our Saturday outing - anyone else want to join us?

That is fine with me...

I am really bad with directions so do any of you by chance have an exit number on the BG Parkway?  I am coming from Lexington.

I just looked at the extended weather for next Saturday and it is going to be sunny with a high of 42.  There's less than a 10% chance of any precipitation.  So, Angie, looks like you will be able to come with us!

Anyone else going with us next Saturday, Dec. 10th?
