Hi Rhonda,
Welcome to the group...
I'm new to group. My son is in boot camp in Great Lakes. His PIR is 4/26.
Proudmom,
Congratulations!!! That is awesome you get to see both of your military kids. To be honest, I wasnt sure this group was still active, I had posted in here when my Sailor first left and didnt get a response but now that I know it is, I will be sure to post the next one here so you will have more notice.

My son HM (Hospital Corpsman)
Cant wait to meet you all..
And yes Andrea, you are right...
Hi, all. I would love to join you on Sunday, but no guarantees. It's husband's birthday weekend. Major celebration on Sat, but you never know.
How will I find you if I can swing it? I'll wear a navy cap.
FYI--son is MM at Power School at Goose Creek, SC. (mechanic's mate in the nuke program--it's so hard to keep all the abbreviations for the rates straight!)
Hope to see you!
Carol
Hey, you must be Helen! YEAH! I just wanted to be sure you were included. So excited to meet everyone.
