Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi AMPnAJLP! The Apartments of Merrimac in Hampton, VA are nice and affordable. I know someone who lives there and its not far from Hampton University. I hope this helps... Also go to rent.com because there are affordable apartments on there as well.

hello ladies my hubby will be home from his a school on friday and we are being stationed in nas oceana I've been apt hunting for the past month and I'm very nervous to move I've heard more bad than good. Can anyone help me out a little any good areas? I have a 2yr old and it has to be a good area. Helppp!!!

Advise from Navy wifes, I am trying to find a apartment in Hampton, VA for the next month that is a one bedroom and affordable just until my husband gets home from deployment? Any suggestions that are safe and decent place?

I am moving to Chesapeake in May after my sailor and I get married. I would love to meet some of you guys. He is stationed about the Mighty IKE. I will be in VA the 16th- 22nd maybe I can meet one or two of you.

Hi, I with in Va. My husband is stationed in Norfolk, but is one deployment. I have a 5 month old son. My husband and I met after he went into the navy. So I have lived in Va my whole life, but Id like to meet some navy wives that understand what Im going through

Hey Im Erika.  Were officially living in Virginia Beach now.  Husband is stationed on Little Creek base.  Still getting settled in and organizing the house, but would love to meet more Navy Wives :D
