Where are decent areas and apartment complexes to move into in Norfolk or that area? I need to start finding apartments because I am moving there soon! Any advise or ideas?

LMS, if he's stationed in Portsmouth you DEFINITELY want to be on that side of the Elizabeth River because of the bridge and tunnel traffic that can make commuting a nightmare. The nicest place there - and safe too- is The Myrtles at Olde Towne. PM me your email & i'll email you great pics I have. My son has been there two years, its been great.
