My Daughter left the same day and is on Ship 13 Div 327, perhaps a sister division, do you have a son or daughter?
My daughter left 8/9 also and she is in Ship 13 Division 328. How weird is that?
I have 2 boys in div 326. I am not sure if the divisions are co-ed.
Both of your kids are in together?? and have the same Division? Or are they friends? Either way, how cool they got to be together.. let us know!! Have you received a letter yet on PIR?? I have not. Just my box :(
My son is in 327 SailorSarah'sDad. His recruiter said it is a intrigued division. Men and women. Maybe the kids will know each other. I will have more info tomorrow. His recruiter was not in the office Friday when I called but he thought they was the division he was in. He left 8/10.
I haven't gotten my box or letter yet. Maybe tomorrow. My son and 2 of the kids in his DEP group left together and the recruiter got them all in the same division. 2 male and 1 female.
We received the form letter today and I have never been so happy to read something in my life. It appears they will PIR on 10/1 a week earlier than I had expected, i am wondering if they have to complete the final week after PIR and ship to their A school the weekend of 10/8...does anyone know?
Got my 2 boxes and 2 form letters today. One form letter was supposed to go to their dad, so I forwarded that and wrote the boys to remind them who was responsible for which parent. Both had me and my people on the form letter, so now we need to work on fixing that. I am going to start looking into refundable flights as I am about 23 hrs drive time away from them. I understand there are around 88 recruits per division. 10 divisions graduate on 10/1! The co-ed divisions sleep and shower separately but otherwise PT, classes and meals together. I am waiting for news on whether or not they are grad n go.
My son is Ship 13 and Div 329. Anybody have info on PIR hotels and airfare. I thought of driving from Buffalo, Ny but decided is was going to be too long of a drive. Could use some help. my sailor's brother and myself are going.
Sailorjay here is the link to your PIR gorup just click on the http address http://www.navyformoms.com/group/pir10110
