We got the form letter today, but unfortunately I'm out of town. My husband said our son's graduation is Dec 6th with 4 guests!

Thanks for the info.  I think we're all hoping for a 12/6 PIR. I've been sitting on pins and needles waiting, but it helps to know that yours is the 6th, so maybe ours will be too.

Still no letter. Holly, Paula, any luck on your end?
I was so sure we would get our letter today, but sadly nothing. Disappointed for sure. Anyone else?
Nothing here either Shelly. Praying for tomorrow. I have a hard time sitting at work when I know the mail is being delivered!

Shelly, Check your My Page.

Neither of us got our letter today either.  Paula's husband took her on a "grieving cruise" so she's waiting on that call from me that I went and got her mail and got "the letter". I was disappointed when I got my mail but was hoping that when I got hers that there would be one in her mail, so I had double disappointment today.  We were told by our recruiter that our boys were together in the same division, but according to the other moms, that doesn't necessarily mean anything.  Our sons have been best friends since they were in 2nd grade, so maybe if they are together they won't be as homesick. I've been reading the posts from the day and worrying :-(

That is wonderful that they are together! I do hope that they are in the same division. I know when we.looked at my brother joining with my husband they said there was no guarantees. I have had to stop reading the posts from today about the phone calls. It breaks my heart and makes me worried about my hubby. I know he will be fine but he was already scared that our daughter would forget him. I pray that fear subsides some. I will be crossing my fingers for tomorrow. At this rate they may not be graduating until the middle of December!

If they went in in the Buddy program then they are in the same division. If they arrived together, it is still possible that they are in the same division.

Our recruiters didn't know anything about the buddy program.  Our kids were originally scheduled to leave on the 22nd and 24th and then Paula's son got moved to the 10th.  We didn't know that my Mom would be leaving on the 10th until a few days before he was to leave.  We were just lucky.  Both are going into the Nuclear program though so maybe that had something to do with their ship date changing.

Someone may not have been able to ship or they discovered unfilled slots. It would be good if they do get in thesame division.

I am so glad I was not the only one who didn't get a letter yesterday. Like all of you I am hoping for today and assume they are all in same division. I am out of town too, so I have to wait for my husband to relay the message.
