jablythe, My son just finished the MM School in Groton. He started in October, BESS, Christmas / New Year break, BMS (Basic Mechanic Skills), then A School (graduated in early March).  He's home now for 2 weeks leave.  Then he returns to Groton for his Submarine station.

Hi Michael's mom.  My son is currently is MM school in Groton, CT (sub school).  He started there January 30th this year and will be there through the summer. He is currently attending BESS (Basic Enlisted Sub School), then a 2nd school (not sure what it is called) before he even gets to MM school.
