Hi, I could possibly come. I have Christmas cards I would love to "get rid of", should I bring those? I don't bake but maybe I could think of something munchy.

Car pool anyone? Helen

Helen,

I can swing by and pick you up.  It may be a little earlier than others will be there, because I will go up to help
Tami.  I'll be talking to Tami, hopefully, today (Sunday) and can then give you some timeframe.  Would than work?

Don't worry about baking - kids probably will prefer munchies more!

HI Moms!  Just a list of items we will need on Sunday -- we need to bring some packing tape, scissors, pens, markers.  And can anyone print off Molly's Adopt a Sailor stickers for the boxes?  If you can provide any of these please let me or Tami know ASAP.  Thanks.

I've got one stack of boxes in my basement.  I plan to pick up some more shipping labels and customs forms.  I think we may have a group of Sailors to adopt (23) but I need to double-check with Tami.

If you can bring some snacks and/or drinks to feed our cheerleaders/volunteers that would be great.  I have a very small supply of paper products, but we may need a few more cups & napkins.

See you on Sunday at 1PM at the UMass/Lowell campus.  If you need directions contact Tami directly.

Tami, can you please let me know where at UMass Lowell, its so close to me but I need directions. I am going to Job Lots tonite, can get tape and markers, call my cell if you think of anything else 978-606-6729

I don't know how to get there, but Tami told me that it is going to be at Cumnock Hall and the addy is 1 University Avenue.  Maybe this will help?  I cannot wait to see you again Kathy!  We are going to have so much fun...

Leese,

I know it is very short notice, but please if you want to come up to Lowell, please, please feel free to do so!  This is very unusual for us to do a Packing Party in December.  December is usually just reserved for our own families, but the cheerleaders wanted to do a community project and they wanted to do it for the troops.  Tami, one of our MA Navy Moms, has been in contact with their advisor.  So ... we, Moms, will be there to make sure boxes are secure and forms are filled out correctly.  You don't need to bring anything, just yourself - oh and pictures of your sailors.  We always bring our sailors with us.

I promise to catch up with you as soon as this is over and done with.  If you decide to come here is my cell.  I have to write out the numbers (had a problem with a hacker!!), but I'm sure you'll figure it out.

seven   seven  four  two   one   nine  six   five  five   two

Have a good day.  And, once again welcome to our group!!
