OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Don't forget to bring pictures!  We love seeing pictures. And bring a camera to take a few snap shots as well.

I am hoping to make this one, too.

Welcome and I hope to meet you.

Hoping to join you ... WITH a Navy Grandma!  My mom will be in town and I'm sure will love to see all the ladies I talk about!  :-)
Guess what, my sister and nephew are coming to town, and now I am not sure about lunch.  I am still finagling things around.
Carol...You can sneak away for a little while! Just tell them that you had sometime planned that you can't get out of.  They will never know!
They want to go to Mall of America.  My nephew is 11 and they rarely get up here.  I haven't given up yet!!

Looking forward to seeing on the Navy Mom's (and grandma) on the 20th!

I am not going to make it on Saturday - at that time I will be half way thru day 2 of the 3 Day Walk.  I sure hope I can make one in September.  It has been exactly a year since my sailor left for boot camp and I feel the need for some Navy mom chatting!

We will miss you!  But we will be thinking of you walking and walking and walking......

remember that we are all here for you any time that you feel the need to chat.  We are only a couple of key stokes away!

JJ

I won't be able to make it this weekend - we're having company at our lake home in Alexandria.  We're going on our transatlantic cruise 8/31 - 9/20, so hopefully will see everyone in October.

Have a great time, and bring a picture or two of your cruise.

I'm going to make it, I hope, but won't be able to stay extremely long.  I do want to see you all, though. :)

This will be one of those luncheons where there MIGHT be 4 of us or there MIGHT be 8 of us...or there might be 2 of us!!  We will make the more of it and have a great time for those of you that can't make it!  I will take pictures and post them on the sight!

Can't wait to see everyone.

JJ
