Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I talked to Denny's about reserving the back room. She said it's reserved for us, but if they need it for a party, etc., they would have to use it. She said she didn't think it would be a problem at 1pm, but just in case. The address for Denny's is: 8850 University Drive, Blaine, MN 55428. 763-786-7840. Looking forward to seeing as many as can make it! It's been awhile :-(

I won't be able to make 7/13 - our oldest son is getting married in New Ulm that day and mom should probably be there :-).

How exciting! Have fun :-)

I looked at my schedule and guess where I am going to be?  Meeting with the Navy for Moms at Denny's!!  Can't wait to see everyone.   I have it on my calendar.

MN Linda....Congrats to you. You are getting a daughter!  How fun is that!!

Looking forward to seeing you JJ.

Great! It will be nice to meet you.

Bring pictures and bragging rights!  We all love to talk about our kids, and get caught up on what they are doing, where they are at, etc.  I will be taking pictures, so be prepared for that.  I will try to get one posted by the time everyone gets back home!  See you then.

Well Darn, I'll be out of town in northern MN for a huge family reunion.  A cousin I've not met who lives in Finland will be attending this reunion.  She'll be staying with us for a few days after the reunion.

I did get to see and hug our sailor last month.  He was home on leave for 10 days.  He has grown and matured so much. Of course I thought I had it 'all together' and wouldn't cry when he left, but I got all teary eyed.  He said he'd better get going before the flood gate of tears came.  He had been deployed and out in a submarine for seven months before his leave time.

That's great you got to spend time with him! I try to hold it together too, but it never happens....I guess it just means we love them and miss them. Enjoy your family reunion!

I haven't been on N4M site for a while and am happy I checked in in time to find out about the get together on Sat.  I plan to come.  Looking forward to meeting fellow Navy Moms!  See you Sat.

Glad you can come!

I plan on being there also. I work in the morning and then have an open house to attend in the afternoon, so this works out well!

Great!
