Happy New Year to all. It has been way too long since we have gotten together! Let's meet at the Buffulo Wild Wings Grill (76 Northtown Dr. NE, Blaine) at Northtown at 1:00 PM on Saturday, Feb 20th. I will send out another announcement closer to the date. Time to catch up and let our other moms know what's happening with our sons and daughters, mates and friends in the Navy. Please let me know if you can attend so I know how many people are coming. I want to be able to get a table big enough for all of us! Hope to see you then. Bring pictures!!

Hi JJ. I'd love to come but have a funeral to attend in Arlington MN at 11:00 and won't be back home till much later in the afternoon. Otherwise you know I'd be there! have a great time without me.

Julie
Hi, JJ. We are talking in a month, right? I will plan to be there, but will have to take a closer look at the old calendar.
Are you going to the BSM's meeting?
Yup! I didn't dare put it at the end of this month (never really have a clue about the weather) so I went into Feb. With Valentine's Day put in there, well I went with the 3rd Saturday of Feb. As of right now, I am NOT planning to attend the BSM meeting, but that might change that day. Depends on how my back is doing. Hopefully seeing an acupuncturist today. Been doing a Physical therapy for the last 9 week and have another 3 to go. Hope it helps.
I hope it works for you, too. I'm not sure that I will make it tomorrow night, either. I am so tired at night.
I will put the 20th on my calendar though. Never want to be too tired to meet and greet!!
Wooo Hooo! Can't wait to see you all again! I will definately be attending...I might see if the sailor's girlfriend wants to tag along if it's ok with all of you?
Bring her along, Robin. Always, the more the merrier!
Indeed...bring her with! The countdown is now on....Just two weeks plus two days away. I am sure that time will just fly by and it will be here in no time. Of course I will sent out another message regarding the Meet and Greet in about a week or so, just in case people have cleared their calendars. I figured that I gave everybody enough time to keep the 20th of February open if they wanted to get together. It will be fun to see what happened to everyone at Christmas, then New Year's, then Valentine's Day. Get your pictures together and bring your cameras.

Carol, I can't wait to tell you all about the acupuncturist. Hopefully, Thursday will be my last day at PT and I can have a life once again. Until later....
JJ
I'm not sure I'll be able to make this one. I've got family coming up from the gulf coast. In Feb. They're coming in Feb. I already asked them if they were crazy...
That's too bad, Julie. We will miss you. I think they will find out how crazy they are to come to MN in February. Maybe we will have a heatwave!
JJ, I'm curious to hear about the acupuncturist. Did you finish PT?
Julie...we will all miss you! Are you sure these people realize it is Winter in Minnesota in February??? I sure hope that the weather will be nice by the time they get here. Otherwise, make sure that you have plenty of Hot Chocolate available for them and a lot of extra blankets. Remember, you can always bring them with to the Meet and Greet!!

Carol:

All done with PT. I guess I pasted with flying colors since all the gals said that they were going to miss me. They all (including the doctor) said that I was a "star" patient with a great attitude, willing to work hard without complaining and that they were going to miss my smiling face. So, that's two days a week that will be freed up to do more exciting things.

I will wait to tell you all about the acupuncture until the Meet and Greet. What an experience!! More to come....
I'm sad to think I'm going to miss seeing all your smiling faces next weekend. And yes, the family that's coming up here do realize what they're getting into. But their kids have never been in the snow. It's going to be fun to watch. lol You all have a great time next weekend! Post pictures so I can see what I missed. xoxo
Julie, we will miss you, but I know that you will have fun making memories with the family. It is fun to watch kids in the snow, especially for the first time.
Hopefully the next time will work out for you.
Hope everyone enjoyed a nice Valentines Day. We went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse. Except for the crowd of people who had the same idea as we did, it was a nice time. Good food!
