Happy Monday!

Anna, I'm glad the girls were able to find jobs so quickly!  I'm sure that's one less thing to worry about in a new town.

Blondie,  poor doggies!  They just don't get it when they get all muddy, do they?  Our white pup hates getting washed down too.  My husband is going to be working up in your area for awhile.  If I get up to see him for a day I'll let you know, maybe we can meet for coffee or something.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  Looks like spring is sprung here in my area.  Temps in the 70's and thunderstorms by the end of the week.

My daughter is standing watch for 13 hours each day from 5:00 am - 6:00 pm.  She called me on Saturday to tell me that she had her boyfriend put a spray coating on the car. Now the hood (of her white car) is purple along with the wheels and gas cap.  Not sure I'm really into this, but she tells me it peels off...  We're signing the title over to her next month so I guess it's her problem, right?

Kids.

Ronda,

You are very welcome.  Have you heard anything from your girl yet?  When is her PIR date?  Let us know if there is anything we can help you with.

Oleander,

So sorry to hear your girl is once again dealing with drama in her shop.  Her shipmates should know that working together is so much easier than playing games!!!  Will say a prayer for her.

JayDee,

Cute story - pretty much everyone in our family knows that I don't let the hubby cook.  I think he could even mess up mac and cheese!!!!  He gets a kick whenever I have to leave to go to one of the kids place because then he can make some meals that I refuse to eat!!!!!!

Speaking of kids - Catherine got a job on Friday and they want her to start Monday.  She will be further north of her sister, more in OK City.  She'll start looking for her own place in the next week or two!!  Oldest son's wife, who just moved over to Ohio with her hubby, just got a new job also.  Every one seems to be getting settled in new surroundings and I just pray their lives continue to go smoothly for a good while now!!!!!!

My husband is not a cook but he makes the best grilled cheese.

I don't care for mac & cheese so my husband always made it for the girls. One day I was off work and home with my oldest. She wanted mac & cheese so I got out the stuff and set to work. I noticed my daughter hovering and asking lots of questions. After some prompting I got it out of her. She was worried that I wasn't able to make the mac & cheese. She thought daddy made it because I couldn't. I did get a good laugh. Now when she calls me to ask a cooking question I like to remind her about that. :)

Yum, grilled cheese!  Sounds like a winner to me.

Have a great day everyone!
