Holy cow Anna that's a lot of moves! We've looked at 5th wheels and tries to decide what's big enough so we don't kill each other. :) Insurance is holding me to my job though. He actually was asked to interview for a job next week but since he's on assignment he can't just run off and interview 10 hours away. He's going to ask them if they can do it a different day. Cross your fingers for us.

Anna we flew through Vegas once on our way to California. Landed in daylight took off at night. The strip was pretty. Sat by a lady who raised race horses there. It's on my bucketlist of places to go. Will have to do it at Halloween.

JayDee,

I understand that life style. I had to stay put until the girls were settled on their own. I still lived with Jenn for a year while hubby finished up that job assignment. I then went through moving 6 times, 5 different states in 5 years! After all that we moved into our 5th wheel trailer and hit the road traveling.  I can really say "moss won't grow on me"!!!!!

Jean,

This does not sound like a weekend you usually look forward to!  What's up this weekend ?

Oleander,

Those pics show enough - that looks awesome!!!!!!  I'm sure the families around you enjoy it!!!!!

Oleander that is really too cool for words. I want to trick or treat at your house!

Jean we just moved about half of our office in August. We're going from 3 locations to one. The other two locations will move into the floor below us late this year. After 3 months I'm still not always sure where to find things and I still find myself driving to the old office. Good Luck!

Anna, he's an independent insurance adjuster. He travels from weather event to the next. We had two slow years that we're still struggling to recover from. I had always planned to travel with him after the baby went into the Navy but I have the insurance through my job so I'm stuck. He had to sneak off for PIR because as an independent they will just dismiss him from the event if he needs time off. Kind of stinks but we down have any other options right now. Just riding it out. He was looking at a job in the south but I'd go crazy (crazier) if I couldn't ski. :)

I missed some posts here while I was typing mine!

Jean,

What job did your daughter end up getting?  So glad she loves it.  That makes it easier when she has to leave her precious little girl!

JayDee,

Love the picture of your fur baby and daughter and the comments about your pup!!!!  What kind of work does your husband do?  Mine was an independent project scheduler and went wherever the next company needed his expertise!  And yes,  if he was home he wasn't making money,  of course we went years with no health insurance as well. Not sure about the long term on the knee yet.  I can't believe that with all the hiking and climbing over and under rocks that we've done since the beginning of the year,  I'm having all these problems now!  At least it didn't happen when we were down in the Grand Canyon!

Oleander,

You need to share some pics of the finished product!!!! Congrats on the win and glad it was a success!!  What do you do for Christmas!!!!!!!!!  Going through your area on our travels, I would love to see it with snow on the mnts!  Traveling out west as much as we did and touring Shasta Dam and Hoover Dam we really learned how important those high elevation snows are!!

Learning to walk while holding a boxer tail puts you pretty close to the business end of a boxer. :)
