Can I take a minute to brag. Got my first letter today. Haley is RPOC in her division. Pretty proud right now.

Hi ladies. Haven’t been very chatty lately but I’m a hairdresser and well it’s christmas week so therefore I have no down time. Between work and my kids it’s a busy time of year. Just wanted to check in.

“The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”

Have a great evening.

Thanks Raequel!!  Yes, I think Giordano's is the best.  They are expensive but we would splurge whenever we could!!  So very filling!!!  Wish I could go get some now!!!

Thank you Oleander!!  Prayers are always appreciated!!!  Jenn is back to work but asked not to deploy again in January.  She needs some time to take care of some banking issues and other legal things to protect herself.  Still seems so unreal!!!

We're with you Anna! You all are in our hearts and prayers!

Anna hang in there with your daughter. She will get through this. My ex was and still is a “special kind of jackass” so just hang in.

Now last time I was in Chicago I had Gino’s east..so your saying Giordanos is better?

JayDee,

Sorry, I didn't answer your question!  He was active AirForce when they met in Pensacola.  He then transferred to AF Reserve to work as a Firefighter at the Tinker AF Base when Jenn was transferred here with the Navy squadrons.  He had to go through quite the process so he could follow her here which just makes it all that much more confusing that now he's willing to just throw everything away.

Raequel,

So exciting for you to be making your plans for PIR!!!  Sarge had not started his meet and greets when we were there for Catherine's PIR but I hear good things about them!!!!  When we lived there a few years ago, our apartment was nearby the place where he holds his M&G!!!!  If you get a chance you should go to Giordano's for authentic Chicago Deep Dish pizza!!!  There is one in Gurnee just beyond the mall!!!!

Thanks Anna, we love you! Hugs!

You ladies are such a gift from God to me!!!  Please know that I appreciate each and every one of you.  Thank you for all the kind words, prayers, bible verse, understanding and encouragement.  As I sit here with tears running down my cheeks, I realize how blessed my family and I are. Some of you I have been honored to meet in person and get to know you and your families!!!  I cherish you all.  And you're right - this is going to take time for our family.  One minute Jenn is accepting her situation and the next she is back to thinking he'll have an epiphany and come running back to her.  This is a whole different roller coaster I've never had to take before!!!  My tummy hurts!!!!  LOL

Thank you again Ladies!!  I will be passing along your hugs and encouraging words!!!

JayDee, We’re Always busy! LOL

Bbcregular, Sounds like a Whirlwind of Fun! Congrats to the new couple. It’s all we can do, support their decisions and give them Love.

Navymomof2daughters. God Bless you. Thank you. What a busy year you’ve had!

Raequel, Hi hang on the ride gets wild at times. But we all stick together. This group helps. I wrote every day something, sent newspaper clippings, news from her old High School, news about littler cuz….about the dog, cut out sayings inspirationals and bible versed also. Love the snowman Navy Cookie!! GREAT idea.

Jesmom6, Great ideas! Thanks for sharing them. 10+ years ago I was handing out address labels to Everyone I knew to send my girl mail. And I did a Prayer blanket, It’s knotted so everyone had to tie a knot and tell us what they loved/missed about her and say a Prayer.

ShawnMom, So true, the busier I stayed the better. Helping others is always an up lifter too.

Mashinka & Raequel, That would be Wonderful! You could meet at PIR!!!!

Anna, my heart breaks for all of you. Prayers going up!
