yes I believe last week was the first week for Dress whites.. I love them
Oleander it actually put me more at ease hearing her voice. Sounds like you had fun, that's great. I'm in desperate need of a vacation myself but going to save my time for her grad and then when I see her again in San Antonio.
2 more weeks to go...Does anyone know are they going to be in their dress whites?
Have a great afternoon everyone... :-)
Morning everyone! I missed you all : )
Steph's mom - YAY! So happy you got to hear your girl's voice and get that confirmation you needed that everything is going according to plan. Wonderful!
I'm sorry you came home to such a mess Blondie - now you need a vacation from taking your vacation! I hate technical issues - ugh! I hope this smooths out for you soon, so frustrating!
Hope you had a fantastic anniversary Anna!
We had a great time in the wine country. (maybe too great??? LOL) Saw visited some new wineries, visited old favorites, tasted a lot of great wines. All in all a successful happy bday trip for my husband. And yes Anna, I had one for you. Gorgeous time of year to visit!
Happy Thursday!
Blondie, glad to hear you had a good time. Sounds like you came back to a mess though! :( Good luck!
That is awesome Steph's mom That makes us moms so happy
Steph's mom - that's so fantastic!! It even gives me chills!
Good morning everyone,
Great news I got my phone call, of course it was cut short but I got to hear from her finally. She sounded real good. Told me she's doing great, earned ribbons to put on her uniform, made some friends, taking pics this wk so I have that to look forward too. Made t-shirts for their division. Besides being sick overall doing good. Did say that we can send small care packages. Just want to make sure that's correct. And yes I cried a little when I had to say good bye.
Have a great day everyone
Have fun Oleander, and have one for me!!!!!
Saying a prayer Anna! No complications and a speedy recovery!
Najul and MBSMomx2 - you're so welcome! OMG - I was (still am) a complete newbie this time last year. All I have to offer is what I've learned thru trial, error, and these wonderful Navy moms. But whatever shortcuts & recommendations I can offer I certainly will. We're all in this together, thank goodness! I need you guys!
MissNavyMom, my sailor had 2 of hers removed in bc --- glad you're having your girls done at home. It's not necessarily a fun recovery, the only benefit at bc is having a day or 2 off. But that just means you have to push harder when you get back.
Ok all--- I'm off to Sonoma and Napa. See you Thursday!
Cheers!
