Yes Ladies, I made it safely back home!! Thank you so much for thinking of me!! Return flights weren't all that great but I made it safe and sound so that's the important part!!!
Daughter Jennifer was given a NAM this morning for the work she did while on her temporary assignment during her med hold!!! She got some kudoes for the outstanding inspection the squadron earned!!!
Now I'm trying to get caught up on all kinds of stuff that I hastily abandoned to help Catherine!! Loved my time with my girls and son-in-law. He just got hired at the hospital near Tinker AFB as an ER Nurse's Assistant. And they work with his school schedule so he can finish up working towards being a Paramedic. Now we just need to get a job for Catherine!!!!!!
Have a great weekend everyone!!!!
Get well Jean!!!
Careful on the slopes JayDee!!!!
Morning! Happy Friday
I hope you get better quickly Jean so you can enjoy the rest of the weekend!
We used to make the egg/bread breakfast too, we called them Bullseyes! Yum
Hope you have a great party for your nephew Blondie! Wishing him all the best. I finally got the crockpot oatmeal made! It's a delayed Yum in our house. Note to self....when Blondie says Old Fashioned Oats she means it. Instead I bought Steel Cut Oats and it didn't translate. We're in the food business for heaven's sake, I know the difference - duh! Anyway, after doctoring with more water, milk, cinnamon and brown sugar I am now enjoying the yummiest oatmeal I've ever had. :) Thanks!
Have a great day & weekend everyone!
Roliesmom - Great Lakes is a days drive north from us, race horses and bluegrass are more my area :). But in any case, you're always welcome.
I agree that delsym works well. I've become a big fan of Zicam. The minute I think I'm starting to get a cold the Zicam comes out. My husband has even used it and proclaimed that it helped - and that's a big step for him.
Blondie, you have some decent skiing not far from you. My patrol is part of the Ohio Region of the NSP believe it or not. And you're always welcome here :)
Roliesmom anytime you're in my neck of the woods during ski season you're more than welcome to ski on my dime! I get up at 4:45 so I know how you feel. Thursday mornings are rough but I manage to pull it out for the 10 weeks or so that we get. My husband wants to go to dinner tonight and I told him it has to be early as I plan on hitting the bed around 8:30 tonight!
Sounds so fun JayDee! My sailor and I used to go on full moon rides with our horses. Beautiful out there --- but I decided some time ago that the ground is much harder than it used to be. I'm with you on - not :(
