Besides, I'm just copying what others send to me. If I remember correctly it is Vikki who "hammed" it up one day and made some "eggscelent" comments!

You may not always feel that way about me, Rene, so I'll say thank you while I can. I can have my moody moments too!

Some people are so smart?

One day I was walking down the beach with some friends when someone shouted....'Look at that dead bird!' Someone looked up at the sky and said...'where?'

My sister has a lifesaving tool in her car it's designed to cut through a seat belt if she gets trapped She keeps it in the trunk.

Hello Moms,
I saw this post in another group and wanted to share it with Moms in this group. One of our own is getting married and trying to get their wedding pictures for free. They need our votes - when I voted they were tied with another couple:

Hi all, did everyone receive the email from Brenda Sue about voting for her and her fiancee for a free photography package. Their story is very heartwarming and I feel very strongly that they should win this or I wouldn't being posting this. Go to the General Discussions and read about it or go to www.stephaniesblog.com, their names are Jimmy and Jill, at the bottom of the page is a place to vote. Just trying to help one of our own!!

P.S. I couldn't find the story in General Discussion but if you go to the www.stephaniesblog.com you can read their story and vote at the bottom.

Good Evening Ladies,
Don't know how long I'll be able to stay on for right now. We have a band of heavy storms coming our way with high winds, thunder, heavy rain, - - good stuff. If it gets too bad I may have to shut down till it blows over. I just hope we don't lose power.
Rene, I'm sure Jared is feeling a little burned out and may think that he could do the C school later on. Just my opinion here - I'd advise him to try to take it now. It will certainly help him when doing his reservist duties otherwise he may not have a spot to fill. Now I don't know if active reserve is the same as it used to be, but if he doesn't take C school he really won't be an IS will he? So in the Reserves they may not have a spot to put him since he wouldn't be full-fledged IS. Like I said, don't take any of this to the bank because things could be different but that's why I got out of the reserves because they didn't have a spot for a female OS at that time and I spent all my reserve drills just sitting around reading stupid manuals. Talk about boring - and a waste of my time. And he would have all of his A school education fresh in his mind to carry him through C school. But it is a decision he has to make. You and your husband can only advise. Boy don't I know that one!!!
As for my daughter - it's not her boyfriend that is causing the problem. It's choices she is making. Her boyfriend, Daniel, sounds like a nice young man, and is currently in VA also. I just need to talk to Catherine and try to figure out what she is doing!!! I will certainly keep you, my dear, supportive friends, posted!!
Valerie, can't wait to see your pics also. It took mine a couple days to show up. And Mary is right - I could see them on my page but no one else could see them. Then I got a message from Admin that they were approved and posted. I guess maybe I should put a picture of me out on my page also. If I do, I'll warn all of you first so you can be prepared for the shock!!!!!

Hi Valerie, don't get discouraged. You should be notified when your photos are approved. Until then you can see them but we can't. :( I thought I had done something wrong when I tried to upload mine but then they finally appeared. Like everything else in life they will be seen in due time. Catch my drift? I know you can't help but to worry about Wes but that to will work itself out somehow.

Yeah Rene!!! Good for you! When you are tired it's much harder to see clearly the things that are stressing you. You need the physical and mental down time. It will all come together the way God means for it to. You've ask for His help, now let Him do it. Have a good day off.
