I really liked The King's Speech, in spite of the language.  I liked the way the Queen Mum was portrayed.  She was one elegant, sweet woman.  We saw it the day before it won the Academy Award.

Welcome Lake George Sue .  And may I say that your term "so dirty you could almost smell them" is great!

Nice!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a blessed New Year!

You won't be home for Christmas,

You're half a world away;

An empty place at table side

To welcome Christmas day.

Your portrait's on the mantel

Where once your stocking hung.

You smile at us, in uniform,

So brave, so sweet... so young.

While others' homes are crowded

With family and friends,

We'll think of you with longing

And love that never ends.

We'll join hands round the table,

And say a heartfelt prayer.

We'll ask God to protect you,

And keep you in his care.

And though we're not together

As Christmas eve departs,

You will be home for Christmas.

We'll hold you in our hearts.
