Welcome to Tina, I just read a good book that would make a great movie. Wish I could play write--lol. It's "The Art of Racing in the Rain" by Garth Stein. If you love dogs, pick up this book.

Hubby & I went to see Hereafter last week. It starred Matt Damon & was directed by Clint Eastwood. It was an interesting story, but the movie just seemed to drag on...I think I checked my watch 3-4 times. I wish we had waited until it came out on dvd.

Hubby, I, & our future sailor went & saw The Town last night. Pretty good movie w/Ben Affleck both starring in & directing the movie.

Saw "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" last night. Tries to cover so much, in a highly stylized way, but never quite connects emotionally the way the first one did. And it's about a half hour too long. Visually interesting, but even camera techniques and the David Byrne music seem contrived and overworked. And Susan Sarandon doing a New Yawk accent - silly.

Kat, my sister agrees with you totally about "The American." She too debated leaving, but was so irritated at what she'd spent for ticket & popcorn she made it to the end.

We saw You Again tonight and it was really cute and we laughed a lot during the movie. I think everyone will like it.

Kris--do we really want to see a movie about a dysfunctional family--lol.
Kat, I too wonder why they have to throw out the 4 letter words so much.
