Just saw Horton Hears a Who (yes, still watching the free stuff) & thought it was very funny. The voices were perfect for the characters--I loved Carol Burnett's character!

My nieces and nephews (2nd grade to college age) went to see Ice Age 3 and none of them liked it! They said it was a waste of time and not good at all. We were all surprised at their review.

We saw Transformers too and really liked it. We both liked it better than the first one.

We didn't take our kids but as an adult is was sort of sad because it went thru the life of the husband and wife. The wife died (older) and the husband decided he was going to the place they had always said they would go but didn't. I don't know if kids would pick up on it or not. It was good and the little boy and the dog were funny. There were lots of kids there.

Kat K--did you take kids with you to see UP, or go just as adults? My sailor took his younger in-laws (yes, his bride has a 3 & 7 yr old siblings!) He thought as an adult it was kind of sad, but he didn't go into it.

I saw "New in Town" thought it was a cute movie-My daughter watched it with her sailor friends and said Blanch reminded her of me. I am an big scrapbooker-I guess that is why I liked it.I saw Grand Torino it was good. I like the story behind it.I saw Phelam123-with Danzel Washington-It was good except I didn't care to much for the language. It I really like Danzel I think he is a great actor. He seems to care about people in real life. What I also like is he dosen't have a foul mouth-he has class.

We just saw Up in 3D and it was really cute. Lots of people without kids were there, too.
