Angie I think she had Lila at St Mary's but I am sur eshe would be glad to let you know any kind of info you need. It was kinda crazy for them because they didn't get there until March and there was no housing available at the time so they were staying in the Navy lodge for about 4 weeks then housing opened up the first week of April and Lila was born on the 19th which just happened to be my sons 34th birthday and in their spare time thay bought a house so it was pretty crazy few months for them. I saw her in May then again the first of July and mommy textes me a picture every morning. She is my 3rd, I have a 4 year old grandson and 2 years old grand daughter about 3 hours from me in Tallahassee Fl, my middle son lives and works in Houston and is still single. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Karen

Angie, the base housing my son was in for a few months was all brand new and really nice. single family and duplexes. Some of the unit weren't even finished yet so I think they will be fine. I don't know if they have a waiting list or not. I really enjoyed my visit up there in May but of course that had alot to do with meeting my new grand daughter for the first time. Where are you in Texas I have my other son that lives there.

Deb, any time you need to chatt just let me know. Steven has been in 16 years now and is a Chief. I went over to Italy last Sept( where he was stationed ) and got to pin his anchors on him. It was the best feeling ever. Since they got to Pax River which was the middle of march, they have bought a house and had a baby so they have been busy. In fact my grand daughter was born on his 34th birthday.
