Cookbook status

Please note:  In 2012, Linda, this group's creator, did a heroic effort and created a cookbook of our recipes that was sold to members as a fund raiser for Molly's Adopt a Sailor Project.  That cookbook is no longer available.   If anyone would like to volunteer to start another cookbook-publishing project, that would be great!

On behalf of the Adopt A Sailor program, we are very touched with your generous offer to donate the proceeds to support our Sailors.

We are doing some research to be able to make the best use of those funds and will keep the group posted where and how the funds are used.

Navy Moms are the Best! Thanks to all involved in this very neat project. Mary and Molly

I will get the information from the company that we used before and see about this.
I don't mind getting it together - if we do this during the summer!!
The money ??? Shipping the books to everyone will take up some of the profit - but the rest???
I would like to do something for our troops, of course!!!
Comment by Brenda Sue on May 22, 2008 at 10:51am
Why don't we organize this and sell them?
Would anyone be interested?
I have the information to do this, because we have done it for our church.
The best thing about this is that we would have recipes from ALL OVER the entire country from REAL MOMS~
My son just came home for the first time for two weeks. At his first dinner home - he pulled out his cell phone and took a picture of his plate to send to his buddies!!!
OH - how happy that made this mom!!!
