Hey...Where is everyone?  I know you are all busy writing a letter everyday and waiting for the mailman to come so you can attack him and see if there are any letters from your SR.  Well, here is something to look forward to: after their PIR they get to have their cell phone, laptop, and any other communication device with them at therir school and you can call, text, skype whenever the heck you want to.  It is awesome!

YES!  I finally received my first letter today.  He said there are 2 others from FL in his Div.  Said they were from the Daytona area.  He sounded good and really likes it.  Taking the good with the bad.  Can't wait for PIR 5/11/12

@Smile09 - I live in SW FL, I am flying SW from Fort Myers into Midway.  Although I have enough points for a free flight, often SW has really good prices.  You might also check out Spirit or Allegiant.  There should be some reasonable flights into Chicago.  Also, should be non-stop flights.  Good luck!  My SR PIRs 5/11/12.  I have my air and car... now to hotel...

Thanks guys... I am very happy... seem to be able to sleep much better and now very excited for graduation... Now it's time to book a hotel and then maybe another week or so and I'll book my plane tickets...

Yea!  I received my first real letter today!  I'm so happy!  She said she is adjusting well and the food is amazing!  She had some health issues in the beginning (so glad I didn't know about them until they were over) - but she really sounded like she was doing well... As I read it, I could almost hear her voice saying the words to me.  Sure miss her.  I'm counting on the time going by fast.  Perhaps it really will - now that letters are starting to arrive for some of us...
