FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

That is tragic.  I'm crying just thinking about it.  How on earth did that happen?  they'll be in my prayers.

KLP is that this Thurs. the 20th?  You must be happy that it won't drag on for another week.

Our good news is that our sailors orders were approved so that he can stay on in SD for more training.  We're thankful he didn't have to move half way around the world.

I will keep him in my prayers - my daughter did that and was set bak a month in RCU- she made it and so will he- remember a set back sucks but he is still gettin paid!  It seemed to cheer up my daughter anyways lol

omg ladies my hubby might not be graduating  because he sprine is ankle so please pray for him i would be heart broken if he's set back

HI Rosalinda!

I'm in Wellington, my Sailor is currently on deployment. Take a deep breath and enjoy these last couple of days with your sailor.

We are trying to put a meet and greet together over on the South Florida NavyMoms Page....come on over and check it out..hopefully you can  join us!
