Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Jan we are here for you-Go ahead and shed those tears-sometimes it's not good to hold them in.I did alot of praying yesterday for our kids and families. Remember your not alone and God see's your broken heart. We love you in the Navy family.

Jan, are they ready to go? Do they look like they know what they are trained to do? If so, you can let them go with your love and blessings. They will know that you love them and support them, and they will do the best that they can with their jobs. We thank you for their service. They are all in God's hand ( that is what I know and believe). I'm not trying to dismiss your pain and sadness. I hope that you have someone else to talk to also. But, don't leave us.

Jan, Thank you for David's service. fPlease let us know about the tests. I have you in my prayers. You are stronger than you think. You will come to the end of this dark tunnel. It just never is as fast as we would like.

Just talk away to us. If we don't reply right back, don't worry. Just know we are here to listen and pray for you.

Jan, at least she did call, even for a simple question. We will keep praying that she will come back to your loving arms.

Thanks, Angie. I've been at school all day, with parent conferences, so didn't hear much about it. Just got home now.

Jan we are here for you. You vent out all you need too. Maybe write a journal of your feelings and dealing with the grief. If one of your patients was going through what you are going through what would you tell them?Just because we don't know you personally-We are one big family and we love you.So don't ever think your alone. You want to wake up from this nightmare.I wish I could wake you up and the pain would be gone.Your daughter right now is just trying to find a way to grieve-God willing your daughters path will bring her back to you.Just keep praying-God does listen-one day that prayer will be answered when you least expect it. One day your heart will smile again.
