OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Memories are so important. We are building new ones right now with the grandkids. Cecelia, hope your day was good.
Florence, if you are checking in, hope you are doing well.

They were mostly happy tears of remembrance. Our kids grow up too fast, but there are so many memories. I'm thankful for all of them.
And, don't forget, Happy Summer!

Oh, Ruth, you have me in tears. I'm only a Blue Star Mom and those questions are such memories. Thank you all for you sons and daughters who gave so much for us. God Keep you.

Introduce us to her and we'd love to chat. I think that the more people who can help the families who experienced losses, the better.

Sounds good, Ordy. They need options when they do get out.

Good to hear from you when you can type, Florence. I feel its important to show our love and thanks to you families who have lost a precious loved one. This is an easy way to just pop in and say, how are you, we love you.
I'm going to go to a Blue Star Mothers meeting this week. Want to check it out. My son leaves again tomorrow. It has been nice to have him home, even when he is off visiting all his friends and relatives. Blessings to all.
