Jan, I am so sorry about your daughter. Are you able to be with her? I shall keep her in my prayers.

I teach in a small, parochial school. My husband did, too. We got to teach all of our kids, and then my husband moved to the high school they attended. It was great to experience those years with them. Especially now that they are all over the world!
Pajama day went well. Everyone in my room participated. It felt cozy and comfy. We kept telling the principal that we need one of these days every month. He wasn't going for it. :(
Tomorrow is Tin Foil or Duct Tape day. Should be interesting.
I learned it as "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride; if turnips were watches, I'd wear one by my side."
I hope that the groundhog will NOT see his shadow next week. I can't wait for spring, either. :)

So glad it went well, Florence! Can't wait to see it.
Angie, I just had to tease you. Of course I am not sure that I could get through a speech or interview thinking about underwear. LOL
Tomorrow is pajama day at school. I shall be in my bathrobe, pjs and duck slippers. Quite the comfy day :)
Blessings on your week, everyone. Love you.

You can do it, Florence. We are proud of you too.
It's gloomy and rainy and a bit icey here. I am staying inside and working on putting Christmas things away. Found my Valentine things, must make a box to send to my sailor.

Florence, I am just being lazy. Played for church this morning. Should try and get some kind of housework done, and I do have to write up report cards for the second quarter, but.......
Hope you are having a great day, also!
My husband and I are going to meet some friends for supper. It's our annual (about 4 years now) MLK going out to dinner with these friends. That's always fun.
