Just wanted to send my greetings before I start all my errands. We have church tonight with a pie social after. Am taking an apple pie to that.
Whether you spend the day with all your loved ones or just a few, enjoy a relaxing day. It will just be my husband and me, but we will Skype with the kids we can contact, and pray for all of them. I plan on eating my share of turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin pie with whipped cream, so Florence, I hope you like all that.
Jan, hi there, you are not alone.
Cecelia, same goes for you.
God's Blessings to all of you---
Happy Thanksgiving!!

Hi, Cecelia, how are you holding up? Take a deep breath. Come and vent if you need to.
Hi, Florence, hope your day was good.

Hey guys! I am talking to Florence right now. She is doing fine-She is trying her best to get better. She really appreciates the love and the concern for her well being. She loves each and every one of us. I told her that she is a mom to all of us. We want to let you know we love you Florence-We want you to keep up the upper chin and that smile of love.

It's ok, Cecelia. None of my kids can come home either. We have church Wednesday night. I sing in the choir. Afterward, we have a pie social. My husband and I will make a turkey dinner Thursday. Call the kids. Maybe do a little Christmas decorating. Once the weekend is over we go none stop until Christmas.
I'm going to have my regular flue shot tomorrow. Hope I don't have any trouble with that.
