My son called after a candlelight vigil his barracks had for this sailor. He also told me about the service at the chapel. Too sad for words to a Navy mother.

My son had PIR on 8/13 and is now in Pensacola....funny to see all the new sailors he has added to his Facebook page.

Even funnier was that while looking at his new sailor friends's pages on Facebook I realized that I had known a mother of one of the guys in his division from childhood. We have not been in touch for many years....I even took a photo of the two of them together!!!

I just saw the article in the paper about the missing sailors. I am keeping them in my prayers. I hope they find them and that they are safe.
