chinadoll19 - Your daughter will address an envelope to someone back home, that is where the form letter will be sent.  It will have alot of info in the letter, her address at GL and the ship # & Div, there will also be a password that you will need when time comes to print your gate pass for PIR.  She will list the names of 4 guest and she is the only one that can change the list.  I would talked to her before she leaves if she hasn't already left.

sailor4her - There were 13 Divs that graduated when my son had PIR, there were 6 of us who went knowing that 2 would have to wait & see if they could get in, we were in luck because we received our last letter from our son on Wednesday before and he was able to add our two extras to two other guys list in his Div that didn't have 4 guest.  My son is in Meridan now.

sailor4her- the only thing about big families is that they only allow 4 per recruit at PIR...

Chinadoll welcome

Sailor4her, the first few weeks are tough as there is no communication. Once you receive that 1st letter it gets better.
