I couldnt go to my son's graduation luckly his older brother lives in texas so he attended. Just so you know the ceremony is very quick and casual. My son said that very few parents were there. I wanted to "pin" my son but he said it wasnt worth dor his dad me and my daughter to fly just for that. Cremony lasted less than an hour.

Kim, maybe ask your daughter what day she graduates. I was surprised to hear my son's date because it wasn't a Friday. I may not be able to go, but would like to. If I get anymore info I'll let you know. If your daughter doesn't have a phone, message me and we can exchange info and I'll have my son let her use his so she can call more. At least on weekends.

Any moms here that help me out with graduation from A school? I would like to attend my daughters graduation and need a little advice on where to stay and for how long?  After graduation, how long will she stay in SA? Will she leave for her duty station right away?  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

My son arrived at SA late last night early morning for A school.  He is waiting to class up next week. Is anyone's son or daughter going to be attending A school for MA in SA?

Can anyone tell me if someone meets them at the airport from boot camp or if the base sends a shuttle or anything? Or are they responsible to get a cab to base from the airport and if so are they told where to go once they arrive?
