Hi Everyone! I just joined your group. Didn't realize there was a group for NY NAVY Moms. I'm from Holtsville, NY.

Just want to share with everyone that my daughter passed her physical and typing test at MEPS on Thurs, April 21st!!! We are both excited! Her body fat is 28%!!!!! She busted her butt to bring her body fat down and continues to do so. Hooyah!! We are NAVY bound! Our family is very proud of her accomplishments and we will continue to cheer her on every step of the way.
We're hoping she will return to MEPS next week or the 1st week of May to select her rating. She wants to be in MC (Mass Communications).

Happy Easter to everyone! :o)

Lovinma---My son is a Hospital Corpsman & he is stationed in Guam.  It is his first duty station as he only graduated from A-school on 3/18. He misses home but he is loving his life!

Good Luck to you & your boyfriend!
