Welcome to everyone who has joined. We'd love to hear your stories about your NFO.
My son graduated in 2004, was winged in 2006, has been on one deployment, and was recently selected for Test Pilot School- yes they take NFO's! It's been an exciting and sometimes emotional few years.
Please tell us a little about yourself and your NFO. If you have questions about training, deployment, or anything else, please ask. There will be several members with experience to help out the newbies.

Wow It's bad enough having one in the service I can't imagine have both my sons in.

Hi Kris - I know it will be difficult, but it makes the in-between visits so wonderful :-) AND, she will at least be on the West Coast, only a 1-1/2 hour flight from Sacramento :-)

Just wanted to say hi to everyone....can't wait for Tracy's winging in JAX on Sept. 17th!!! Then, off to Whidbey Island and immediate deployment. It's kind of far away, but this will be the very first Christmas ALL of my kids haven't been home. Tracy has been active duty for almost 4 years and we have been greatly blessed to have her as long as we have :) Hope everyone is having a great weekend....Patty

My son just rolled into 18-10, just wondering if anyone else has a kid in there?
Thanks.

Just heard that our daughter will be staying in JAX with VP16. We are all very relieved, although she apparently will be deploying as soon as she can complete SERE.

Ok Prof M...I am jealous beyond all possible belief. Say hi to my boy for me! His brother will be visiting the end of June for about 2 weeks. Good luck with the end of the semester. My youngest daughter may be contacting you for some information she might need for a final project in sports med. Her subject is cancers of the male and female reproductive systems.

Class 18-10 has a lot of NFO's in it since they pushing back the dates of the pilots starting OCS. I'll let them know of this site, too.
