Honestly it's hard to make new friends but if you don't mind having a pregnant friend with a 2.5 year old daughter then you can always meet up with me ;) I'm 24 my hubby is about to be 22 he's deployed right now until the beginning of July but I live in hampton ;) if you want to add me on Facebook u can Corrine Marie Mulligan ;)
Just added you :)
Have you gone to any churches, see if they have singles groups?
Also, meetups are a great way to meet people, based on activities you might be interested in doing...here's a link:

Take a class at a local college? Running clubs, sailing clubs...?
Good luck! :)
Thank you so muh for all the advice. Just joined the meet up group

I just sent you a friend request.  My daughter is currently stationed in Norfolk and is looking for the same thing.  She misses hanging out with girlfriends doing normal girl stuff!!!  She told me to pass on her email info to you.

Hello,
I'm having the same problem...im 25 and moved to VA beach with my husband in October of last year. ...the first job I got had me working all hours of the day and night so I had no time to get out and meet people...thankfully, I now have a job with a pretty stable schedule. However, we live in military housing so everyone except us has kids, which I don't mind, but its hard when your nights out are decided on babysitter availability.... If you would like you can add me on facebook Reyna Blank
