Blanche, this Facebook group has over 5,200 members and is a great way for your daughter to post her house and share it with people PCSing all over. She can also see look for a good agent by seeing how they are marketing their listings; and ask members for agent referrals. Highly recommend it. Link: "Navy Home Search" on FB (you have to ask to join).
Also - she can post it online herself by going to https://postlets.com. It will get posted to 20+ rental sites including Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads and is very effective. If she does this, tell her to post plenty of photos - only good ones though! If she's not good at photography, it can really pay off by enlisting a friend or even paying a real estate photographer like Virtual Tidewater because so many people (especially PCSing ones) start their search online and if it's not visually appealing they'll skip right past it.
Thank you so much for the info She's working on it now.

I'll forward his information to her. Thank you for your input.
It's a four bedroom, three bath house. Just had the kitchen completely redone. It's in Greenwood at Greenbrier. On a nice little cul-de-sac. I think she's asking 2200 a month. It has a security system, pest control, and ground maintenance. She's within a short walk of the pool.
