Welcome Disneygirl - and anyone else that I may have missed. Sorry that I've been 'away' lots of doctor's stuff going on in my little world. Physical Therapy for my scholi, etc.
We leave Sunday after I get back from the circuit around 4 to drive up to Seattle to visit our sailor and his family. We are blessed to be able to take our grandson (13) to go and visit his God-father. We are all very excited.
I'll have a vacation - - - someone is covering for me so that I can also have a Sunday off. YEA, very excited.
Our sailor has been working a lot of days, and very long hours. Praying with all of you and for your sailors ~s~
Disneygirl.....Please feel free to ask questions. Someone here will be willing to help and answer your question. Again, welcome.

We have been traveling due to work but I am home for while so I hope to make the next meet and greet.
I live in Sac so I'm not familiar with places to get together in the Auburn area. So I will defer to others regarding location. In terms of dates, I would request we not get together on a Fri or Sat if possible, as I work 12 hour shifts (10am-1030pm) those days and would not be able to attend. Looking forward to meeting you all!
Good morning all and Welcome Alex'sMom, my daughter is in Norfolk, too. Because she wanted San Deigo so of course they send alll the Cali kids to the East coast lol. She maybe going to Spain next if she can't find someone to cross-deck with. I won't know until Christmas time.
My schedule is flexiable, so I can work around your schedules for a meet and greet. Just fyi.
Welcome Alex's Mom....Sorry to hear your sailor is homesick. The rain there in Norfolk there doesn't help the homesickness.
We have Meet and Greets frequently. I had suggested since we had some new mom's in the Placer County area that we should have our next meet and greet up in that area. We usually get together at a local restaurant that doesn't mind us sitting and chatting for a bit after our meal (ok and hour or two after our meal). So I threw it out there for someone familiar with the area pick a date and place for us to meet.
I think everyone is open to a meet and greet. We have a place we like to meet in Roseville that doesn't mind up sitting and chatting. But we are always open to a new place. I know that several of us support using locally own businesses.
So someone pick a date and a place and the rest will come.
Hi all, New Mom to this site. My son is in Norfolk, he's attached to the HM14 squadron. He's a bit homesick and I'm a way bit missing my boy! I got an invite, so here I am. I hear you are trying to get a meet and greet together?
