Happy Independence day! Remember all that served before us and all that are currently serving. Enjoy your day.
I was in Elk Grove Saturday, stop there for an In-n-Out Burger and fries. Yummy! I helped a single girlfriend, she drove her Dodge Neon to her new place while I drove her Lexus SUV. Then on the way back she bought me lunch!
I meet Navy Moms yesterday and I liked it!
So good to see everyone and to meet Drew Mom! Of course our time went way to fast!
Hello! Sorry I'm not on much - work too much and can't get on at work. :o( But I was thinking maybe a Saturday morning somewhere to meet up here? Oh! I'm in Meadow Vista which is about 15 minutes from Auburn...want to meet in Auburn? Another mom I met on here, JanaisMom, lives in Auburn and we have been meeting at Starbucks where we gab for a couple of hours. What do you all think?
I am available next Saturday, the 6th pretty much anytime. Let me know what you think!! :o)
My SR is graduating on the 19th of July. Anyone from Ship 9, Division 265 here?
Hope to see you all tomorrow. My son from Japan is leaving (boo hoo), not sure when we have to get him to the airport. It has been a wonderful week.
All those with health concerns, my prayers are with you.
Can't wait to meet all the new ladies.
NS....sorry to hear you are not feeling well, as always you are in my prayers. I don't see why we can't do one in Auburn since so many of the newer mom's live in the area.
Ok Placer/Nevada County mom's - if you would pick a date and a place to meet we can all get together in your neck of the woods. If possible I would suggest something not to far off the freeway and also someplace that won't mind us sitting and chatting for a bit (more like hours). Ok, someone take the lead on this please. You are always more than welcome to ask for my help, I can do the event on the site. You can also Friend Me and we can PM personal info.
It is an honor to be your friend Vicky! You are an amazing Mom, thank you for all that you share and encourage me.
Hey girls, I have some health stuff happening - please if you are comfortable send a prayer up for me. Hopefully, it is nothing to scary, and just my body responding to my life style (high stress for too long).
Jody, we could do a M&G at Ikes - but I doubt it would be successful - how many of you would drive to Nevada City???
Maybe somewhere in Auburn to catch some of our newbees? However, that is a very log jog for Vicky, and those in Amador County (I hope that I got that right).
Have a great day.
