I'm so bummed - I'm in Oakland on Sunday. ARGGG. Just too much going on. Wow Linda Annies is closed on Sunday - that's just bizzare. It is a great place to eat. I know that you will all have a blast.

Hey, gals. Sorry I didn't respond sooner. Had class tonight and just got home. Got a call from my daughter's boyfriend, and he got the first letter from boot camp today. Yippee! Gotta love that he called me right away and read it aloud. Whatever place you decide would be fine. Red Robin or the Starbucks by Safeway on 65 is close too. Whichever. Just let me know. You'll recognize me, I think! I'm the six foot tall woman -- thus the moniker on here.

Linda and Tallmama.....How about we meet about 1:30 this Sunday at Red Robin? Sorry that's the only place I can think of in Lincoln to meet except for Starbucks.

Everyone else is more than welcome to meet up with up this Sunday in Lincoln. We are getting together just because.

saw this in a magazine, thought i'd pass it on:

This year canvas on demand, a company that turns your photos into canvas portraits is offering a 16x20 picture to any mom of a deployed service member. Your sailor just needs to go to www.canvasondemand.com and register under "operation mom".

Good morning, Nor. Cal. Moms,
Bea, not enough time for me to organize a M&G. So looks like you should postpone it until May or June when Raylene or someone else can do it. I would be happy to be a co-hostess and help. Navy Hugss ~ Vicky
