Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Tell him to stop smoking pot! It kills ur brain cells. And do not enable him. He ruined his dreams and he needs to take responsibility for his own life.

I am so jealous of all you ladies and GENT (trekkiedad) with sailors coming home for xmas. I am ready to go trolling at the airport, offering to adopt any stranded sailor. Don't tell my husband. He'll think I have gone off the deep end.
Naomi, Cindy is on standby if you need help with adding event. Hope you got my Guidelines. I have Jan 10 on my calendar. :)
Patricia, I have the vegetarian lasagna recipe reconstructed with photos (just had to make it again - still delicious) and will post in the recipes section of the Hawaii group and will post comment on your page with pdf file.
Sharon, make sure you look at the PIR Tips under Discussion Forum and welcome to you and jelly mom.
REMEMBER WHEN YOU POST PHOTOS, TO CLICK ON OPTIONS AND CHECK "CREATE THUMBNAIL" LEAVE PIXEL AT 300 BUT NOT MORE THAN 450. Otherwise, our page will take FOREVER to download.

I don't have a sailor coming home. He left last week. We are picking up our younger son from SF airport around 3:15 PM United. If you know of anyone needing a ride or stay at our house, pm me - I'll get it on my cell.
:)) what a wonderful day!

We had a wonderful day yesterday. Say some other sailors & familes at the airport.
When Chrissy ws coming down the stairs and said"look Aidan there is your Mommy, go get your Mommy" They ran to each other! It was perfect.

Then she took us out for dinner. I had bought him that shirt, Cute!

Just heard that the Judge's and CEO's for the courts are getting a raise.
Nevada County has refused mediation/arbritration. So, this is 'going to court' and 'could take years to resolve. Anybody got a clue what that means??
All I know is that I still don't have a job (since July) and that they are talking about more lay off's. Please keep everyone who is our of work or working where lay off's have happened in your holiday prayers. The tension is terrible - they are enacting more MTO (Mandatory Time Off) which will cost around $150.00 per pay check fo rthose who still have jobs. I heard that ElDorado is stricking. Things are getting very difficult.

I'm praying for safe travel for all of our sailors, both coming and going, and for many long phone calls for those who don't get to come home.
