Good morning ladies.  My daughter left Sacramento on 8/21 and she's in boot camp.  PIR date is 10/19.  This whole website N4M has been a wonderful support to me and my family.  It's been informative and lots of time it had kept me sane.  I'm glad there's a group close to home.  Thanks for everyone for sharing and caring.  have a nice day.

We'll have a M&G soon I'm sure, I've been feeling "poopy" myself for a few weeks.  KIDS, just when I stop holding my breath with one the other starts with the drama.  (not to mention my own "stuff.") ARGH!  At least we don't feel alone around here.

Ok well I didn't make any plans either. Been taking care of a sick kid all week.

I first must start with an apology, I have not done a thing about setting up a Meet and Greet for this weekend.  Time and things have just gotten away from me the last few weeks along with being sick a couple days this week.  Sorry ladies.

If you all want to get together without the formability please feel free too.  I just won’t be able to make it.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend, as for me I am just going to try and rest and beat this bug and I have.

Alaina bobs mom... thanks for the warm welcome... it greatly appreciated .. im on 17 th day now and the mailman flew passed my house today.. no mail.. ugh.. I'm doing my best to same positive.. but its really hard... especially to hear that people with sr's in the same ship and division as my husband .. are all getting letters.. its very discouraging.. mommy and baby are missing him badly... and with each. Passing day with no word... only makes it harder and harder on me.. my husbands rate is av..

I don't think she has considered that option. Kids?!?!?!?!?

Ok, just breathe Spring.   Yes, the Navy does recognize a civil ceremony.

Sounds like things are moving fast for this young couple.  My best wishes for them and to them.

Its a crap shot if they will be stationed together.  Have you asked her what she would do if they are not stationed together?

What's a mom to do, use dye!
