Good morning
I'm trying to cope with all this mixed feelings,it's hard but we must, because we have been their support during their lives beside us.Now is time to let go...even though is soo very hard specially for me that I'll be home alone with my pet Mota...Mi niece envited me to Fl,and I'm leaving the same day he leaves, that is nov 17;my other son is in Fl too.If my son can call from GL,he can call my cel or my nieces house,or even my other son.Lori take one day at a time,as I said for me is hard because of the solitude....!!!God bless us all !!!

It seems I can't quit crying these days. I left for work this morning and stepped in my son's room and as he lay there sleeping I bent over, kissed him and told him "I love you". Of course he slept through it. I will be off work until after he leaves next week and so it hit me that this was the last time that I would walk in his room like that before going to work and see my youngest of three boys still sleeping. It really hit me that mybaby is grown and next week will leave the nest. Then I came home and my husband wanted me to read what he had written to read our son at his party Saturday night...here come the tears again. I'm not sure how I am going to get through his party and saying good-bye but I must be strong so he knows how proud I am!

My youngest of three boys became a depper last December. He now is supposed to be in GL on Nov. 18th. I can hardly believe all the emotions I am feeling much like everyone else here. I am so proud of him but not having him for the Holidays will be torture for me!! We were going to drive up and adopt him for Thanksgiving and Christmas but found out they have to be there for 6 weeks before they can be adopted for the day. So plans are now for a huge Thanksgiving/going away party next weekend before he leaves and then we will drive up and adopt him for Christmas. I really appreciate all the support and information from others on this site!!

I guess we are all "en el mismo bote";"in the same boat".My son is leaving Nov 17...I don't want to think about it,but the idea is there everyday, every hour...Like I said before, I'm happy for him, this is his dream almost come true...
Love you all, even though we are far away, but with the same thoughts;have a nice night!!
