are you on the facebook page?  someone on there was talking about putting together something.

Who do I need to ask to get the facebook invite? Thanks Sarah

Nukemom2be...Emily/Aarons Girl can get you in the facebook group. Send her a message.
Thanks I will do that today.

If I'm remembering correctly David said there were about 386 2 weeks ago.  Could have changed by now.  I'm not a facebook person.  Is it possible for someone who knows to post info about the meet & greet on the N4M website (assuming there is one).  I guess I'm kind of an old mom with one of the oldest Nukes (David turned 26 last week).  I think that David has the tech knowledge for both of us. If there is no meet and greet I look forward to meeting some of you at the grad.  Where are people staying.  We just made reservations at the Spring HIll Suites in North Charleston (about 9 or 10 miles from the base).

Davidsmom...We are staying there thursday night but then staying at a house i Folly beach for the next few days. We don't get into Charleston until 11:00pm Thurs. night.  Maybe we'll see you at breakfast before the graduation...LOL!

Because of a fanttastic air fare deal, we are getting there on Wednesday.  I'm hoping (but not counting on) David being able to get off base on Thursday (I assume that's the last day) night for dinner.  Because of the great deal we got, we have to go back on Saturday.  House on Folly beach sounds great.  I'll just ask everyone if they are "Labmom39"  at breakfast.
davidsmom, it's nice to hear from another mom of an "old" sailor.  My son will turn 26 in January.  My other son and I are driving to Charleston from Oklahoma City.  We're planning (key word here is planning) on arriving in Charleston by mid-afternoon on Thursday.  We've got a house on Isle of Palms for 5 nights.  I'm not on the facebook group either, so any plans for a meet and greet, I hope they'll show up here on this site as well.  I
Days Inn on Red Bank Rd, a few miles from base. Coming in Thurs afternoon, leaving Sunday early ... there is a HUGE foodie festival at Boone Plantation Sat and Sun with all kinds of events and tastings. Am hoping I can get my son on board for this ... but since it's expected to draw thousands of people there will be lines, and that won't fly with him!
11 sections and 380 is expected graduating sailors but it could go down

I read on here that one person stated she got her graduation invite.  I did not receive one, did any one else not get one?

yes, we got ours and i know of at least one other who did.
