FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

i would come to the housewarming party!
i should have had one. we're having a halloween party if anyone wants to come!
hmm i am going to walk my dog in a little bit, i'm blonde and i have a little tan dog!
look for us :)
i'll make it a long walk, so if anybody sees me they should say hi!

i have lived her over two months ad have still not met ANY of my next door neighbors... seriously NO ones comes outside besides getting into a car...

i'd love to meet all you ladies! i live on Hamilton street right now, but i'm moving to Key street next week (having house issues). if i threw a little house party after i get re-settled in would anyone be interested?

elaine - my son and DIL live on Jefferson Ave and she's out walking their dog 2-3 or more times a day. I don't know if you live close to there but my DIL has met some of her neighbors because of the dog walking duties. I'm sure she still gets lonely though since my son has been in A school. He's on t-track now waiting for Power School so they have more time to do things together. BTW they are both 22 years old.

I don't think anyone goes outside either. It was a good 2 months before I even saw the people across the street from me. I live in base housing also. The old housing. In the newer housing people seem to be more out and about when I go through there.
