Hey girls. This is more of a question for wives, but i aprreciate all the feed back. My husband is graduating basic december 3rd. I know that once he gets to Charleston he will be able to move us there. With the base joining with the air force will housing on base be hard to get? It seems like it was never an issue before. And do the boys get holiday leave? All of this happening right before the holidays and I hope we will still be able to visit family. Thanks so much!

Elizabeth! My son was in that A class 1037A! Did your son class up to start power school in November OR is he starting in February????

Vincents Mom- if he is arriving on Tuesday he will most likely be starting classes or classing up withing the next two weeks of arriving. They will have to go to different briefs during that time about various topics. If he has any dependents he may also get time to move them out to SC, but that will also push his class start date back a little. hope this helps :)

Hi, My son is graduating Friday October the 15th. He will be flying into SC on Tuesday. Does anyone have any idea when his "A" school will be starting?

@Darla, Thank you so much!! Just tryng to get an idea of what he is headed for. There is a chance that he will stay in GC which would be nicer weather. We are in MI. so to be in a warmer state would be nice and great to visit! Thanks again!

My son will be going to GC for "A" school, does this mean he will be there for all three stages of school?

Elizabeth, I bet you really enjoyed having him home. I don't think our Grandson will be home before Christmas...But that's okay ~ at least now I can send him Grammy Care Packages!!
